In todayโ€™s Qigong podcast, we dive deep into the transformative power of Zhineng Qigong, Hunyuan Qi Therapy, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for healing emotional trauma, stored trauma in the body, and unresolved subconscious patterns. Our guest, Razmig Azezian โ€” a Qigong therapist, TCM doctor, and energy healer โ€” shares his approach to mind-body healing by working directly with the natural consciousness, conscious mind, and suppressed emotions that shape our inner reality. Using principles from energy medicine, conscious awareness, and the body-mind connection, Razmig guides us through trauma healing, showing how Qigong can resolve deep-rooted issues without the need to relive past pain.

Through Qigong therapy, Razmig introduces the concept of EUNT (Entity of Unified Natural and True consciousness), a key to accessing our deepest layers of self-awareness and inner intelligence. This Qigong podcast episode reveals how emotional trauma, often stored in organs, cellular memory, or along meridian pathways, can surface as chronic pain, illness, or emotional imbalance.

Join Razmig as he shows us how Qigong heals emotional trauma stored in the body!

Uh, Razmig lives in the, in Lebanon, in Beirut, and he's a TCM practitioner, TCM doctor, a physical therapist, uh, Hunyuan Qi therapist, uh, zhineng qigong teacher. I think he has gathered many, many qualifications over the last. Few decades and I happened to have, be on a long, uh, car ride together with Razmig the other day, and he spoke about how he heals patients and he found this very unique way that I found extremely interesting. So Razmig promised to share this with us today, so welcome Razmig to the show. Um, uh, I, we are all curious to hear a little bit more about you, uh, your background and what you're doing exactly when you approach your patients, uh, for healing. Hello. Uh, nice to have me here. It's a, it's a pleasure to be with you, uh, and in all this beautiful family of, uh, zhineng qigong anhunyuan qi qigong therapypy. Uh, actually, um. My story with this kind of healing started, uh, in 2019 when I first joined zhineng qigong, uh, uh, zhineng qigong therapy First Level, where I was trying to Hello. Uh, nice to have me here. It's a, it's a pleasure to be with you, uh, and in all this beautiful family of, uh, zhineng qigong anhunyuan qi qigong therapypy. Uh, actually, um. My story with this kind of healing started, uh, in 2019 when I first joined zhineng qigong, uh, uh, zhineng qigong therapy First Level, where I was trying to Having a background of physical therapy and TCM, uh, I found out that, uh, it must be always a better way to help them because, uh, there were people coming and I was, uh, healing them, helping them through different methods. They keep on coming into the same cycle of, uh, recreate their issues. Uh, I don't want to say disease, because now I have better understanding of how to recall, uh, rename, uh, everything that is happening with people. Having a background of physical therapy and TCM, uh, I found out that, uh, it must be always a better way to help them because, uh, there were people coming and I was, uh, healing them, helping them through different methods. They keep on coming into the same cycle of, uh, recreate their issues. Uh, I don't want to say disease, because now I have better understanding of how to recall, uh, rename, uh, everything that is happening with people. Really zhineng qigong background and, uh, and the philosophy and the terminology and the way of understanding it gave me an interesting way to see things, uh, from that I have studied before. So, um, I started, uh, having some ideas about how I can help people with. Interesting concept is the way, um. Lives in different realities when it is contracted. Uh, it has certain experience and, uh, when it expands, it has a certain experience. And, uh, having TCM background with the concept of qi and blood and, uh, learning more about it with better understanding and deeper understanding through zhineng qigong. It gave me the, the idea of how I can integrate this work into helping people to, uh, work with their emotional problems or emotional issues to say it better, everything that I learned in zhineng qigong and my clinical experience brought me to find out a, a way to help people better, uh, because of the concept of, uh, EU and t that we call it in Jing, Qigong, which is the mind oneness entity. And realizing this, that we have the ability, uh, to influence ourselves cautiously, uh. I made a very big shift in the way that I look at things and the way I deal with things in my clinical work. And whenever I also teach the Qigong, uh, it's very important for me to help people to realize that we have different levels of consciousness and by using these different levels of consciousness, we can integrate and transform, uh, what's inside of us, whether it's a trauma. Or any kind of shocks or experiences that, uh, that we repeat in ourselves in our mental, uh, field. Uh, people don't know this. So, uh, learning zhineng qigong, it helped me to clarify all that happens, uh, inside of us and how we can deal with it, uh, in a, in a more conscious way. So, uh, um. It's important for us to get the idea, uh, which people don't know usually. Uh, we think, we think that our health is, uh, given by us, uh, uh, given to us by nature, and it has to always stay the same. And we don't notice that, uh, the way we think, the way we feel is always influencing our health and the way we experience life. There are so many categories of how we experience, many of problems, health issues that we experience are influenced by. So many things happened in the past and we didn't know how to deal with them consciously, and they stay inside of us in certain layers of our, uh, physical field, cellular, uh. Part of, in our organs, uh, we see them very clearly through TCM practices or that every organ has its own consciousness, has its own emotions. Same happens with different parts of the body where different emotions can be locked into different part of our bodies. And, uh, many of our problems, we deal with them in our mind. Uh, but actually there are so many layers that are happening in the body, and the body has its own brain, let's say its own mind to deal with kind, with these kind of issues. And if it doesn't know how to deal with it, it creates, uh, health, health issues and we need to tackle them. We need to know how to work with them. Many of our physical pains, uh, are directions, uh, of how we need to help ourselves if we don't know how to deal with them, which, which I see in my, at least I can talk about my country, uh, where this consciousness is not clear. And, uh, working with this field now, it's been, uh, already pure four years that I am clear about the steps that I'm working with and, uh, I can see many people getting benefit, uh, the way I work with, which is related with full conscious connection with our EUNT, which is the conscious consciousness of who we really are and. And, uh, working with this field now, it's been, uh, already pure four years that I am clear about the steps that I'm working with and, uh, I can see many people getting benefit, uh, the way I work with, which is related with full conscious connection with our EUNT, which is the conscious consciousness of who we really are and. If we don't know how to define these layers, well, uh, people come and talk about it in with very vague ideas and with zhineng qigong and hunyuan qi therapy. Uh. Understanding it is so clear for me, and I help my clients to directly connect with them, even if they don't know, uh, the real meaning of how this works. But it works in an amazing way if we become more aware and aware consciously of what's happening in our system. So let's be a little bit concrete here so that our listeners understand what you're doing exactly. You said you have the steps, very clear, uh, how you have to work with your, with your clients. And I know you've got an excellent reputation. It is basically by mouth. That people are referred to you because your clients are all very successful and they suddenly dissolve problems that they had before. And then obviously, yeah, you are referred to, uh, to new, uh, to new, uh, clients. But how do you do this? I mean, what is the first step? What are you doing when somebody comes to your practice? Uh, first of all, I explained to them that we have, uh. The way we live in our lives is based on very basic consciousness that is born in us, where it is, uh, open to receive any kind of information. Like, like when a baby is born, it's, it's in its pure form. And also in, in, uh, in TCM we take, uh, when the baby is, is born. It's, it's a pure state of consciousness, but this pure state of consciousness is not conscious of itself, that it is like this. So I start explaining my clients that, uh, we are very unique in our consciousness and it's so perfect. And that's why, uh, we have 8 billion people in this, on this planet, and each one of them is very unique because each one of them was able to take. Information in a very specific way. So this makes our consciousness and the way we absorb information in our lives is so, uh, specific related with what comes to us. And that's why, uh, we have 8 billion people in this, on this planet, and each one of them is very unique because each one of them was able to take. Information in a very specific way. So this makes our consciousness and the way we absorb information in our lives is so, uh, specific related with what comes to us. And I start explaining, uh, clients like this. And then I say when we are growing up, because the consciousness is taking so many things inside, but not being conscious of itself. So it takes a lot of. Things within itself. And, uh, when, when some kind of a threat comes to the system, uh, it tries to take this information and experience and suppress them inside the natural process of the body, which is a very natural defense mechanism of the body to take the experience and hide it somewhere. So whatever the system hides while a child is growing up, eventually it's going to influence this child. To have a certain experience in the future because, uh, it, as much as the system hides it, it, it shows in some way in someone's life and influences them either, uh, it shows them through, uh, physical pain or emotional, uh, expressions or, uh, certain kind of a behavior. So I start explaining all this to them and I explain to them. That with experience, I found out that, uh, these memories that are suppressed, they are in very specific way in our system where we are not able to consciously connect to them. So when they are triggered somehow. Or any kind of an invitation comes to them and the system remembers the same experience without thinking about it because they are in a place where the conscious system is not functioning well. So it is more, uh, under the system, uh, automatic system and it functions on its own as if it's, it's a self-organized entity functioning on its own. So I, I try to explain them as simple as possible. So this gives me access for the patient to, to get interested that, uh, how this is possible, that it exists with them and they are not in control of, because our conscious consciousness is responsible, uh, or our conscious mind is responsible of anything that we are willfully in control of and we can easily, uh, make our choices. At the same time, we know how to adjust with any experience that is coming, coming to us consciously. But at a young age, this conscious consciousness or the conscious mind was not active enough to do, to work according to what and how we want it to do. So mostly any shocking experience or any, uh, tough experience, a child passes through, it automatically suppresses somewhere. It puts it some, some corner in consciousness, which in during q we call it natural consciousness because natural consciousness has its own layers also. Uh, this means that everything. Our natural consciousness works automatically without our conscious impact on them. It actually, if it is powerful, it has its impact in us. So when I explain this to the patient, they start realizing that, uh, there are many things in their lives, they are not able to control it, right. Let me see whether I understood this correctly because, um, uh, how I understand it now, is that what you're saying? That when we grow up, there are many experiences and each of us has very individual experiences because, you know, no life is the same. And our, our conscious mind is not in a position yet to fully process it. So a lot of the experiences that we have that are unpleasant, we are trying to protect ourselves from it by hiding it somewhere in the corner. Now that doesn't mean it's gone. It's there and these are the things that kind of, uh, run automatically without us being aware of it. So yeah, if I, now, if I decide to have a glass of water and I grab the glass, yeah, I'm aware of it and I can decide to have the water now or not have it. That's my conscious, conscious, uh, consciousness. I'm fully of control. I can do what I want, but these processes are. Are, are, are underneath my conscious consciousness and I'm not aware. And they might create certain problems in my life or certain behaviors that I can't explain or that I feel, um, I don't, uh, uh, I don't want them, I would like to show up differently. Uh, and they create the, the, the diseases or the illnesses and all the problems I have physically because they manifest. Physically. And um, and what you are doing is now in the first step here with your patient is you're creating an awareness that these mechanisms exist deep within them. So that's where they have the first aha experience where they say, ah, okay, maybe there's more. Than what I consciously understand. Maybe there are some things happening within me that are, uh, outside my control that I'm not aware of, because at some point of my life I've decided to hide them to protect myself. And that is the starting point of your, of your work with, with your, with your clients. Is that correct or did I miss anything here or, or did I get anything wrong? It's quite correct and, uh, you put it in a interesting way. These, these behaviors, uh, they can pop up anytime in our lives is, uh, any kind of a condition, that trigger this past. And, uh, we do similar behaviors and similar sensations that, uh, they might hurt us or we might react to any kind of a conversation we are having and then we realize why this is happening to us and what. I did, did I do this? I remember something from my childhood that I, I I behaved similarly and why they are coming from, and, uh, these memories are from our past and we react to them naturally without knowing how to control them. Influence our live stations. Uh, so they can, what we are working on or what we are gonna work on. So if they say that things are quite clear, then I start explaining them technically how I do this, uh, and how, how to start. Usually, uh, we have certain level of awareness that I was talking about. One was the conscious mind, one was the neck consciousness that we have and, our natural consciousness and conscious mind one separated by a layer and information that is distorted and they are not able to pass changing this information within themselves. This layer, I call it the critical layer. This critical layer helps them to see life in a very specific way. What do I mean by this? For example, if a person is an, uh, is uh, is an artist, wherever they go, they see always beauty, colors, paintings, and so on. When there is a calculator on the bowl, they don't even notice it. They don't even notice a chair around them. They just go checking for beautiful things in, in a place or a painting or, or some musical things or books. Uh, so they see in a very specific way if a person is, uh, more scientific or, uh, let's say more left-brained, they, they see things. Through, uh, through very concrete details, whatever details around them, they see them very clearly and they might be very picky in, in checking the details. So these people have different way of life, and when they are growing up, this, uh, becomes very concrete. Behavior that they have, the way they see life, and it becomes part of their personality. And this personality makes them, uh, to have issues according to their personality. And in zhineng qigong and hunyuan qi therapy is very well explained. This we call it, uh, frame of reference because we can have layers and layers, um, of. Seeing life through this, uh, framework. This framework must be put into our realization or awareness for us to be overcome. Things that we are not informed by nature. After certain layers of realization we will know how things work Deeper layer in ourselves, which we call it our true self-awareness, our true self-awareness is the core of our UNT and the way we see things is totally different at that level. So I help the patients to lie down or sit down in a comfortable way and when they are comfortable. I tell them to be aware of their body, different parts of the body by putting their attention into different places in their body. So I help the patients to lie down or sit down in a comfortable way and when they are comfortable. I tell them to be aware of their body, different parts of the body by putting their attention into different places in their body. And already this idea, uh, became very clear when I was studying zhineng qigong because our system has the ability to contract and expand. The mind has very powerful. Uh. Behavior of how we, uh, take life and experience whatever happens in us. Either it makes us to contract or it helps us to expand. So I help the, my clients to connect to their body, even if they don't know anything about how their mind functions. I just help them to put their attention into different parts of their body. When this attention is spread to all over their body, they feel they are more connected with their body. Usually we take our bodies for granted because today's life is putting us so much in our brains that we just miss our bodies. And when the body doesn't know how to handle things, it starts to react. It starts to give pains and signs, uh, different kind of sensations in the body. And, uh, then we start realizing we have pain here, we have pain there, and we have complaints. And every time we, we go to a therapist, to to, to reduce our body pains and sensations, uh, at a certain short period of time, they feel better that they come back because in cause is not in the body. The body is only showing a certain kind of a problem that is happening in our mental field and our emotional field, rather than directly on the physical plane. So this awareness helps them to connect, go inside of them, and I tell them to connect with their uh, breath. How all the system is connecting without any, uh, any influence, without any, uh, preconceived, uh, perception, just a body. And when they are connected with their body, I help them to connect gradually with their EUNT, and I tell them to just. Open themselves, be good within themselves. Be safe within themselves, because at the certain level, when we feel safe, our UNT starts to open up and introduce itself to the client itself, realize themselves and become aware of their own ity being within themselves. Even if they don't know anything about neither meditation nor Qigong nor any kind of, uh, internal trainings. and I tell them to just. So this thing naturally exists in our self. So when the client next to that, and I tell them intentionally just allow that intelligence, that awareness to bring to the surface anything that they are ready to face in their lives or any issue that is coming to them or any problem that they are stuck with. Suddenly something starts to happen there because most of the time we are not aware of this true self that is within us being aware of itself because it doesn't exist in our culture. At least I can say our Middle Eastern culture, it doesn't exist. This kind of awareness. Uh, um, I. Studied about it. When I was in China, I was in India where I was doing my own research, trying to find out ways to help, uh, my clients. So until I met zhineng qigong and everything was so clear for me, much more clearer. So when they go there and suddenly they start talking about things or they start feeling about things, and I tell them. When did it happen? How, how did this came to them? How come they, they remembered this and I to describe as it is without any kind of analyzing as the memory is coming so that they realize that there is an intelligence inside of them when they have the intention to con connect with them. It works. That is our power in in our UNT. When our UNT works on these layers, they start bringing informations from their past, from their childhood. They didn't even notice it could affect them and influence them until this moment in their life. And when this happens, uh, is that already, uh, a release? It works. That is our power in in our UNT. When our UNT works on these layers, they start bringing informations from their past, from their childhood. They didn't even notice it could affect them and influence them until this moment in their life. And when this happens, uh, is that already, uh, a release? Because, uh, often when we confront, uh, confront sounds, sounds, uh, a little aggressive here, but, but when we, when we realize something or when we allow things, uh, to reflect upon, then these things often dissolve. Is this is what's happening in the next step, or where are you taking it from There? Actually, actually, uh, whatever is coming is coming from, uh, the natural consciousness of our system. Everything in our natural consciousness is happening automatically. So when our UENT our, our tool through self-awareness brings something into the surface, it means it has its own consciousness to know what exactly to bring to the surface. And when it comes to the surface, it starts giving different sensations in the body. And when these sensations open up, I ask my clients to describe me, what they feel, where, what they sense, where is it in their body. So because when any kind of a trauma or any kind of an experience, uh, happens to a child or a baby or grownups, and an experience happens in a very strong impact. When they are released from our natural consciousness, they give similar sensations and experiences as it happened long ago. When this happens because we are more aware or someone is helping us from outside to be more aware, because in the beginning they are not able to do that by themselves. I will help them to do that. When this happens because we are more aware or someone is helping us from outside to be more aware, because in the beginning they are not able to do that by themselves. I will help them to do that. And the moment it, I help them to bring into their awareness automatically, naturally there is some kind of a shift that is happening in their level of uh, uh, realizing. This issue that is surfacing. I find this, this shift, uh, a very fascinating, um, concept because it is something that I've encountered many times. Um, we, we often think that going through these more or less traumatic experiences must be very painful or very hard, or we're trying, we are trying to avoid it. But, uh, really, uh, it doesn't have to be that way. Uh, just as to describe for when these, these experiences show up from the natural consciousness and move into the conscious consciousness, and you are in a safe environment and maybe you are with a, you know, an experienced practitioner like, uh, like yourself, uh, then, uh, it is not much more than a shift that automatically transforms things without necessarily having to go through a lot of. Pain or difficult situations. At least that's my experience. I don't know how you see that, because I want to take people's fear away. There's a reason why we are hiding things in our, in our subconscious mind, in our natural, um, uh, consciousness. And I want to take people's fear away that there's, uh, like a lot of drama going to happen. No, it doesn't have to be that way. At least that's my experience. But please, you know, share from your point of view, because you've had, you have all these clients, uh, where you, where you went through this process with them. Uh, it's very interesting that, um, every experience brings another experience for me. Every time I work with a client, uh, uh, I will be having also a new experience because, uh. Each one has so unique way of accumulating these experiences inside themselves that every time it is surfacing, it gives so many different symptoms. But the part that is very, really, very interesting that there are specific emotions that they serve facing in specific parts of the body. Each one has so unique way of accumulating these experiences inside themselves that every time it is surfacing, it gives so many different symptoms. But the part that is very, really, very interesting that there are specific emotions that they serve facing in specific parts of the body. And these are very highly related with, uh, TCM, uh, chart, let's say emotional chart and their connection with the, with the organs. And these organs have very specific connections on our physical body, on the surface, through the meridians, through uh, through, uh, uh, soft tissues on our bodies. And when they surface. I see very common line, uh, with, with my patients and this common line. It, it became so clear for me. Every time an emotion comes, I say, now this patient is going to feel here, here, and here. And then when I ask them, they start showing the same places. So there is something very common, uh, happening in our natural consciousness level where when we understand our natural consciousness, we can always work with ourselves consciously in a better way. So. The more awareness we have, the more we train our awareness, the stronger we become. Because every client, every patient has the right to heal themselves. So in the beginning, I will help them to facilitate this process because it's very interesting process that happens, which, uh, I really, uh. I'm really grateful that whatever I learned in zhineng qigong helped me to really integrate this very well. And every time a certain layer comes to the surface, something changes and the patient doesn't see their experience the same as before, which happens naturally. That is very interesting and every time maybe similar experiences, they come and they surface again, and I noticed that when the intensity of that. That is very interesting and every time maybe similar experiences, they come and they surface again, and I noticed that when the intensity of that. Experience has reduced some other details starts to come to the surface because one layer covers another layer, which is not being seen in a, uh, in this period. And then in the future it will be seen with different details. And that is so fascinating to see because it tells me to know our consciousness better because it's so vast and is so intelligent in itself. That was all very, very interesting. Razmig um, in particular, as we focused on, uh, we, we are talking about zhineng qigong here, but we are not talking about the Lift Qi up or any other exercise, which I'm sure you also use when you, when you work with the, with the clients at a later stage. But what you basically doing is you're working with the ENT and making sure that, yeah, that you resolve these. Information or these informational levels so that the, that the body can follow and, uh, release whatever it needs to release and transform whatever it needs to transform. So, uh, that is, that was a great conversation. Razmig, uh, thank you very, very much. For that. And, uh, yeah, I can only encourage people to get in touch if they've got questions. Uh, do you have a website or something where how people could get hold of you if they would like to, to, to learn a little more about your work and how you could support them? Um, now that, uh, the most easy way to connect me is through WhatsApp. Uh, I don't have a website now. Uh. Maybe very soon in the future, I will have one. Um, now that, uh, the most easy way to connect me is through WhatsApp. Uh, I don't have a website now. Uh. Maybe very soon in the future, I will have one. Uh, I, I have been working for a certain period of time to really build, uh, uh, the, how the system of conscience works in, in this process. And definitely, uh, after a certain level of awareness the patient has, it'll be much easier for them, uh, to, to train Qigong and easy for them to understand when I'm teaching them Qigong with specific movements, when I tell them, use the same awareness that I was trying to help you. Try to connect in that way to your body. So when they do, uh, in, uh, in the future, lift you up. Or any kind of other Qigong exercises, uh, when they are aware that they can help themselves, the way they practice is totally different. And this is, this is where I try to guide them eventually for them to, to practice Qigong or maybe in the future to become a therapist in this field. Try to connect in that way to your body. If, if they'd have that, uh, love of connecting with the natural process of, uh, learning and understanding about qi And our consciousness and how they can help themselves. I think it'll help many people. And, uh, what we need today is to change that level of consciousness, uh, within everyone. And I think every, uh, healer, uh, or zhineng qigong practitioner is aiming to that. And, uh, that would be amazing because we can, we can spread and help many people around us. A wonderful closing work. Razmig, thank you very much for joining us today, and I hope to see you soon. Uh, we are living not too far away from each other, and maybe you come and see me on Cyprus, or maybe I'll come to, uh, Beirut one day. Okay. Halah. Halah. Thank you. Thank.
